If your character had no reason to be in Winterfell, and is not there presently, please refrain from writing there or make a new character. I believe you can have 3 characters.

You can say that Mkia is nearby, and just write from her point of view. And I can add the Reaches, I guess, but maybe later. Just say she's visiting Winterfell for the time being.

Umm, PM stands for PErsonal Message, like the one we've been exchanging. You can access you imbox and so forth using PM's.
